Brandon Gaddy

Brandon Gaddy

General Contractor

My name is Brandon Gaddy! I was born and raised in Union County, a lifelong resident of Wingate. I attended Forest Hills High School  and have been married to my high school sweetheart, Amy, for 17 years. God has blessed us with two children, a son Lyndon and a daughter Gracie. My family and I attend Lee Park Baptist Church in Monroe.

I spend most of my free time with my son at whatever sport is in season or at a dance event for my daughter!  I love to hunt and fish and love being able to spend quality time with my son in the outdoors.

I obtained my real estate license in 2002 and my NC General Contractors license in 2004. I decided I wanted to follow in my father, Terry Gaddy's footsteps and pursue a career in real estate. After much prayer, God opened the door for me and I took a step of faith into the business. I am thankful for all my dad has taught me and the opportunity to work with him.

I look forward to working in my community helping families find homes for many years to come!

Robin Helms

Robin M. Helms

My name is Robin Helms. I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina.  I now reside in Marshville, North Carolina with my husband and two children.  My career started over 15 years ago as an office administrator for a local Union County real estate firm.  From there I helped managed several other offices over the course of the next 10 years.  One day I realized real estate was truely my passion and that I also wanted to be apart of helping people achieve home ownership.  That’s when I decided to get my real estate license!

My goal as a dedicated real estate agent is to make your home buying experience an enjoyable one!  Placing myself in your shoes is one of my strengths. As we explore your options, I will help you achieve the lifestyle you are seeking by finding you the design and environment that fits your needs, preferences, and tastes.

I believe in taking exceptional care of my clients both during and after their home purchase. My favorite aspect of real estate is the lifelong relationships that are built. I make it my business to set the stage for trust, listen to your needs, and spend the time to explain every step of the process from before the first showing until after your closing. I believe in being very responsive to calls, texts, and emails as fast communication is a must in this market.  Having a vast, diverse knowledge of the current market allows me to guide my buyers through their home buying process with facts which are key in guiding you through the process to the finish line, the closing table.
I’d love to help you with your next real estate need!

Brandon Rushing

Brandon Rushing

Brandon comes from an established real estate and new home construction family business and remembers helping his dad on job sites as a kid. He’s been in and around the real estate industry most of his life and also established in the mortgage industry for nearly a decade. This background really helps him customize the best option for each client. There is not a “one size fits all” scenario out there so it’s important to discover and know all of the available options for a client so they can make the most informed decision when choosing their new home. Brandon enjoys catching Pokemon with his two boys Peyton and Parker and having dance parties with his little girl Kinley. Brandon and his family live in the growing town of Waxhaw.
